Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission/Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Agency of the Town of Simsbury took the following action(s) at a regular meeting held via Zoom Via Zoom: https://zoom.us/j/2574297243 Phone: 1 646-558-8656, Meeting ID: 257 429 7243 on Tuesday, August 18, 2020:

1. Approved with conditions, 50 – 52 Wood Duck Lane – Jack Jorgenson, President of the Governors Bridge Homeowners Association, Remediation of Inland Wetlands Violations.
2. Approved with conditions, Application #20-09 David Taylor, Applicant/Owner; Installation of shed on the property located at 507 Firetown Road. (Assessor’s Map C03, Block 203, Lot 023A). Zone R-40
