TOWN OF SIMSBURY – CONSERVATION COMMISSION

INLAND WETLANDS AND WATERCOURSES AGENCY

 

Notice is hereby given that the following application(s) were approved by the Simsbury Inland Wetlands Agent on September 6, 2022: 

 

Application CC # 22-19 of Danielle D’Ermo, Owner/Applicant, for the removal of existing shed and installation of a 168 sq. ft. shed and for the approval of a ± 49 sq. ft. preexisting greenhouse in the upland review area on the property at 5 Crestwood Road (Assessor’s Map F07 Block 306 Lot 018). Zone R-25.

Application CC # 22-20 of Alan Soucy, Applicant, Peter Smith, Owner, for the construction of a deck in the upland review area on the property at 27 Evans Drive (Assessor’s Map C20 Block 512 Lot 012H). Zone R-40.
