REGULAR MEETING

 

Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission/Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Agency of the Town of Simsbury took the following action(s) at a regular meeting held in the Main Meeting Room at the Simsbury Town Offices, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut on Tuesday, October 4, 2016:

  1. Approved with conditions Application # #16-21 of Alice M. Yokabaskas, Owner, for a 2-lot re-subdivision of the property located at 224 Old Farms Road (Assessor’s Map C05, Block 301, Lot 008A). Zone R-80.

A copy of this decision is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk and the Planning Department, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, CT 06070.
