INLAND WETLANDS AND WATERCOURSES AGENCY
Notice is hereby given that the following application(s) were approved by the Simsbury Conservation Commission and Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Agency at a special meeting on October 6, 2022:
Application CC # 22-21 of AT&T Corporation, Owner/Applicant, for utility maintenance in the wetlands on the property 400 feet east of 987 Hopmeadow Street (Assessor’s Map H08 Block 226 Lot 009). Zone R-40.
Application CC # 22-22 of Randee Roucoulet, Owner/Applicant, for the installation of a ± 64 sq. ft. hot tub in the wetlands on the property at 53 Hickory Hill Road (Assessor’s Map C18 Block 606 Lot 002). Zone R-25.
