Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission/Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Agency of the Town of Simsbury took the following action(s) at a regular meeting held via Zoom Meeting ID: 994 3438 7234 on Tuesday, October 20, 2020:

1. Approved with conditions, Application #20-14 of Michael Cosmos, Applicant; Bart and Laurie Holl Owners, to install an in ground pool with associated excavation in upland review area at the property located at 11 Elliott Drive
2. Approved with conditions, Application #20-07 Town of Simsbury – Bridge 04549 Firetown Road over Bissell Brook for bridge repair/maintenance
3. Approved with conditions, Application #20-08 Town of Simsbury – Bridge 04550 –Barndoor Hill Road over Bissell Brook for bridge repair/maintenance
