LEGAL NOTICE OF ACTION

TOWN OF SIMSBURY – CONSERVATION COMMISSION

INLAND WETLANDS AND WATERCOURSES AGENCY

 

Notice is hereby given that the following application was approved with standard conditions by the Simsbury duly authorized wetlands agent: October 21, 2021, application #21-20, 19 Talcott Mountain Road, construction of an inground pool within upland review area.

Notice is hereby given that on November 16, 2021 the Simsbury Inland Wetlands Commission approved with standard and special conditions the following application, application #21-19, 22 Iron Horse Blvd, the construction of a paved parking lot with storm water infrastructure and a paved ADA accessable path and seating area within the upland review.

Notice is hereby given that on November 16, 2021 the Simsbury Inland Wetlands Commission approved with standard conditions the agent’s emergency permit #21-21,issued to the Simsbury DPW for construction of a culvert bypass at Owens Brook Blvd and Hopmeadow St.

A copy of this decision is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk and the Planning Department, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, CT 06070.
