INLAND WETLANDS AND WATERCOURSES AGENCY

REGULAR MEETING

 

Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission/Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Agency of the Town of Simsbury took the following action(s) at a regular meeting held in the Main Meeting Room at the Simsbury Town Offices, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut on Tuesday, December 19, 2017:

 

Approved with conditions Application #17-24 of Town of Simsbury, Applicant; Robert Jackson, Owner; for the removal of sediment from existing drainage swale on the property located at 15 Brook Drive (Assessor’s Map D08, Block 303, Lot 012). Zone R-40.

 

A copy of this decision is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk and the Planning Department, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, CT 06070.
