TOWN OF SIMSBURY – CONSERVATION COMMISSION

INLAND WETLANDS AND WATERCOURSES AGENCY

 

Notice is hereby given that the following application(s) were approved by the Simsbury Inland Wetlands Agent on December 19, 2022: 

 

Application #22-28 of Joel Hamling, Applicant/Owner, to construct a 120 sq. ft. accessory shed in the upland review area, approximately 60 feet from the mapped wetland boundary, at 41 Ichabod Rd. (Assessor’s Map C18, Block 601, Lot 035) Simsbury, CT 06070. Zone R-25.
