LEGAL NOTICE OF ACTION
TOWN OF SIMSBURY – CONSERVATION COMMISSION
INLAND WETLANDS AND WATERCOURSES AGENCY

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were approved with standard conditions by the Simsbury duly authorized wetlands agent: April 19, 2021, application #21-07, 137 East Weatogue Street, Construction of a shed in the upland review.

Notice is hereby given that on May 18, 2021 the Simsbury Inland Wetlands Commission approved with standard, application #21-08, 20 Tariffville Road, construction of a stormwater infiltration basin associated with a self-storage facility in the upland review. Application #21-09 9 Wyngate, construction of an in ground pool in wetland soils. Application #21-10 292 Bushy Hill Road, fill and grading in the upland review.

A copy of this decision is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk and the Planning Department, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, CT 06070.
