HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION - REGULAR MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Historic District Commission of the Town of Simsbury took the following action(s) at a regular meeting held on Thursday, May 7, 2020, in the Main Meeting Room of the Simsbury Town Offices, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, CT:

a. Approved with conditions, Application #20-01 Ethan M. Girard & Jessica M. Dabkowski, Owner/Applicant; for a Certificate of Appropriateness for the installation of a fence on the property located at 93 East Weatogue Street (Assessor’s Map H12, Block 107 Lot 019R). Zone R-15.

A copy of this decision is on file in the office of the Town Clerk and the Planning Office, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut 06070.
