LEGAL NOTICE OF ACTION
TOWN OF SIMSBURY
HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION – REGULAR MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Historic District Commission of the Town of Simsbury took the following action(s) at its regular meeting held virtually on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom:

a. Approved with conditions, Application #21-07 of Robert McCusker, Owner for a Certificate of Appropriateness to remove and replace roof on house and porch with asphalt roofing to match the newer section at the property located at 45 East Weatogue Street (Assessor’s Map H14, Block 108 Lot 008). Zone R-40.
b. Approved, Application #21-08 of the Simsbury Historic District Commission, Applicant; Laura Barkowski Agent; application for the approval of an updated version of the Historic District Commission Handbook to include sections on an introduction to the handbook and its uses, the review process, design and signage guidelines, and sample applications.

A copy of the above is on file in the Office of the Planning Department, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut for public inspection.
