TOWN OF SIMSBURY
NOTICE OF SALE OF TAX LIENS 

The Town of Simsbury, Connecticut currently has a sealed bid proposal available for “ASSIGNMENT OF FILED MUNICIPAL TAX LIENS”.

Anyone interested in submitting a bid offer may print the packet from the Town’s Website at https://www.simsbury-ct.gov/finance under Bids and RFPs, or may contact the Tax Department at https://www.simsbury-ct.gov/tax and select “ Questions/Contact Us” and provide the name and address of the requester and the bid document will be mailed.

The bid proposal documents can also be picked up at the Finance Department, Town Hall, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday or 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Friday.
 

Bid offers are due:  Tuesday, October 31, 2023 @ 2:00 p.m.
