COVID-19 Testing Event

AFC Urgent Care and the Town of Simsbury are offering a COVID-19 Testing Event on June 29th and 30th. Please review the attached document with all the information necessary to receive a test. Please note that Pre-Registration is required. The registration link can be found on the attached flyer.

When completing the pre-registration link for June 29th and June 30th the clinic site will say "West Hartford" even though the testing will in fact be in Simsbury at the High School parking lot.  The clinic staff from the West Hartford location will be performing the tests at the Simsbury High School on those days.
