Traffic Alert – Saturday, August 28, 2021

On Saturday, August 28, 2021, visitors to downtown Simsbury should expect detours and heavy traffic starting at approximately 12:00pm due to the benefit concert, motorcycle ride, and fireworks at the Performing Arts Center.  Traffic in and out of the downtown area will be heavy until late into the night.  It is suggested that drivers seek alternate routes. 

The concert and fireworks are part of a private ticketed event; for those planning to attend, please see the attached map for parking assistance.  As indicated on the map, parking is not permitted at private businesses.
