Library Board of Trustees Special Meeting

SIMSBURY PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES SPECIAL MEETING – Wednesday, January 30, 2013
 


PRESENT: Marianne O’Neil, Gail Ryan, Diane Madigan, Diana Fiske, Anne Erickson, Charmaine Glew, David Blume, Lydia Chiappetti and Joy Himmelfarb.


The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Mrs. O’Neil, Chair.
Mrs. O’Neil announced the appointment of the Librarian Director Search Sub-Committee:
Gail Ryan, Charmaine Glew, Anne Erickson and Diane Madigan.
Mrs. Madigan made a motion to appoint Mrs. Ryan as Sub-Committee Chair.  Mrs. Erickson seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously. 
Mrs. Ryan made a motion to adjourn to Executive Session at 7:10.  Mrs. Erickson seconded the motion.
At 8:40 P.M. Mrs. Erickson moved for adjournment. Second: Mr. Blume.  The Board adjourned to Executive Session to discuss personnel matters.
