Board of Assessment Appeals
Minutes of the special meeting of the Board of Assessment Appeals, Friday, January 26, 2018.

The Board of Assessment Appeals meeting was called to order in the main meeting at 3:45 PM. In attendance were board members James Tourtillotte, Sean Brittell, and Lori Fernand, Chair. Also present: David Gardner, assessor, clerking for the board.
The board went over deadlines and the revaluation, and board members commented on the need for more members.
James Tourtillotte moved and Sean Brittell seconded a motion to approve as regular meeting dates, those listed for in the December 8, 2017 minutes plus three dates in April. The motion passed 3-0. (The dates filed with the town clerk on January 31, 2108 are shown below.)
James Tourtillotte made and Sean Brittell seconded a motion to approve the minutes of the September 15, 2017 and it passed 3-0.
Sean Brittell made and James Tourtillotte seconded a motion to approve the minutes of the December 8, 2017 meeting and it passed 3-0.
Upon Sean Brittell’s motion, seconded by James Tourtillotte, the board adjourned at 4:18 PM.
