LEGAL NOTICE

TOWN OF SIMSBURY – REGULAR MEETING

CONSERVATION COMMISSION/INLAND WETLANDS AND WATERCOURSES AGENCY

 

The Conservation Commission, designated the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Agency for the Town of Simsbury, will hold a Public Hearing at a Regular Meeting to be held on Tuesday, July 17, 2018, at 7:30 p.m. in the Main Meeting Room at the Simsbury Town Offices, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut, on the following matter(s):

 

a.            Application #18-09 of Dyno Nobel, Inc., Owner, for an Inland Wetlands Map Amendment to reflect more accurate mapping of the property located at 660 Hopmeadow Street (being shown as Assessor’s Map G11, Block 132, Lot 052 and Assessor’s Map G11, Block 144, Lot 005). Zone I-2.

 

At this hearing, interested persons may appear and be heard and written communications will be received. A copy of the above is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut for public inspection.
