The Simsbury Planning Commission has scheduled a site walk for Saturday, February 8, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. to view the property located at 70 King Philip Road (Map H15, Block 109, Lot 005B) regarding a pending Planning Commission Application requesting re-subdivision of this property. The Commission members will meet at the site.
