3. Simsbury Farms Main Building
Mr. Sawitzke reported that this project is basically approaching closeout.  He is awaiting information from the bonding company.  He anticipates submitting the final payment at next month’s PBC meeting.  The Monthly Cost Control Report has not changed significantly since last submitted.

4.  Eno Memorial Hall/Senior Center
Mr. Arcari stated that he did not have much to report at this time.  It is his understanding that he is to clarify and refine the range of costs for Eno Memorial Hall and for the Stratton Brook/Bushy Hill site.
He felt he needed more clarification prior to going forward with the Eno plan.  Mr. Sawitzke stated that the idea is refine some of the concept ideas for Eno with reality.  He reported on considerations for the Performing Arts Center and stated that at this time he does not recommend spending any of the Town’s money on that location.  He does feel confident that he would be able to get any permits that would be required.   He will be speaking to the Performing Arts Center Board next week.  Mr. Arcari reported on the cost information he has researched re Dorset Crossing.  Re the Bushy Hill site, he stated that $200/sq ft building costs today would not be unreasonable (does not include site development).  He projected that the hard costs for a 20,000 sq. ft. building, without the equipment, at the Bushy Hill site would be in the five million dollar range.

There was Q and A.  The concerns expressed by local business owners and others re the plans for Station Street traffic and the impact of results of the charrette were noted.  There was further discussion re abatements, budgeting, grants et al.

5.  Adjourn
The meeting was adjourned at 7:40 p.m. on a motion by Mr. Laureno, a second by Mr. Salvatore and a unanimously favorable vote.
