In Attendence: Liz Banco, Joyce Howard, Dominique Avery, Pat Carbone, Barbara O'Connor, Kathy Oakes

1. Called to Order - 7:45PM

2. Minutes of October 15th reviewed and approved

3. Old Business:

A. Simsbury Celebrates! being held on November 24 at 6:30PM in town
B. Liz reported the printing of beautiful Rosedale Farms postcard, which is now added to our collection, and gave all of us a few to publicize
C. Liz reported on the webcam and has spoken to Rick Bazzano about the possibility of using it at the Flower Bridge. They spoke of Rick talking with Jerry Lintner regarding the idea
D. Liz reported she spoke to Sarah about the CT Preservation of Place grant and they are planning a follow-up.
E. Liz has spoken to Mark Brady as to the Simsbury Meadows kiosk and they discussed other ideas for the location of our materials.

4. New Business:

A. Our Holiday Party/Meeting will be at 12 Madison Lane, hosted by Dominique Avery on December 17, at 7:00 PM
B. Our Tourism Schedule for 2013 was discussed.  Some of our plans will include the website, facebook page, social media, and the Volunteer Expo as a community effort.  Steve has suggested an interest in more bike tours, and adapting rules of etiquette for both bikers and pedestrians.

5. Other Business:

A. Liz brought us up to date on our schedule for the Phone Tree.

6. Adjournment was at 9PM.
