SIMSBURY YOUTH SERVICES ADVISORY BOARD

MINUTES

October 5, 2020

On October 5, 2020, the Simsbury Youth Services Advisory Board met via ZOOM and livestreamed on SCTV.

Present: Officer Laurel Harrington, Jovin Girard and Rachael Loveland. 

Roll call was held. Pledge of Allegiance was completed & meeting was called to order at 2:25 PM.

Discussion was held about losing one of the youth members and encouraging consideration of a youth who may be interested in participating. Discussion was also held about creating a special meeting so that more members could participate following the locating of appropriate contact information. No actions were taken.

Due to a lack of quorum, the meeting was adjourned at 2:45 PM.
