TOWN OF SIMSBURY

ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

 

The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Simsbury will hold a public hearing at a regular meeting on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom: https://zoom.us/j/2574297243 on the following:

 

Application ZBA #23-03 of Christopher Quimby, Owner, for a variance to §3.9 of the Simsbury Zoning Regulations to reduce the side yard setback from 40’ to ± 29’ for the construction of a garage addition at the property located at 58 Terrys Plain Road (Assessor’s Map I09-106-046A3), in Zone R-40.

 

At this hearing, interested parties can be heard on the issues or written communications may be emailed to jhollis@simsbury-ct.gov by 12:00 p.m. on May 24, 2023.  A copy of the above is on file for public inspection at the Town of Simsbury’s Planning Department, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury Connecticut 06070
