Matera, Applicant; St. Mary’s Church Corporation of Simsbury, Owner, for a variance to Section 6.4.2B, of the Simsbury Center Code, to accommodate the installation of a directional sign on the property located at 946 Hopmeadow Street (Assessor’s Map H08, Block 227, Lot 002). Zone SC-1. (public hearing must be closed by 2/14/20).

2. Discussion and Possible Action
