LEGAL NOTICE

TOWN OF SIMSBURY

ZONING COMMISSION – REGULAR MEETING

 

The Town of Simsbury Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at a regular meeting to be held on Monday, July 18, 2022, for the Simsbury Town Offices, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut 06070 in the Main Meeting Room.

 

Application #22-18 – of the Simsbury Zoning Commission, Owner, George McGregor, Applicant, application for a text amendment to section 3.5 of the Simsbury Zoning Regulations regarding accessory dwelling units. Amendment for the purpose of adapting accessory dwelling unit regulations.

 

Application #22-19 – of Othman Naciri and Melissa Higginbotham, Owners/Applicants, application for a special exception pursuant to section 6.3 of the Simsbury Zoning Regulations for the installation of an 18ft round above ground pool in the floodplain at the property located at 64 Riverside Road (Assessor’s Map H11 Block 107 Lot 035B). Zone R-15.

 

At this hearing, interested parties can be heard on the issues or written communications may be emailed to jhollis@simsbury-ct.gov by 12:00 p.m. on July 17, 2022 to have their comments distributed to the Commission.  A copy of the above is on file in the Office of the Simsbury Planning Department, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury Connecticut, for public inspection.
