LEGAL NOTICE

TOWN OF SIMSBURY

ZONING COMMISSION – REGULAR MEETING

 

The Town of Simsbury Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at a special meeting to be held on Monday, July 25, 2022, for the Simsbury Town Offices, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut 06070 in the Main Meeting Room.

 

Application #22-18 of the Simsbury Zoning Commission, Owner, George McGregor, Applicant, application for a text amendment to section 3.5 of the Simsbury Zoning Regulations regarding accessory dwelling units. Amendment for the purpose of adapting accessory dwelling unit regulations.

Application #22-21 of John & Elizabeth Marion, Owners/Applicants, to construct a +/- 816 sq. ft. addition in the upland review area at 10 Victoria Lane (Assessor’s Map C07 Block 212 Lot 010) West Simsbury, CT 06092. Zone R-40.

 

At this hearing, interested parties can be heard on the issues or written communications may be emailed to jhollis@simsbury-ct.gov by 12:00 p.m. on July 25, 2022 to have their comments distributed to the Commission.  A copy of the above is on file in the Office of the Simsbury Planning Department, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury Connecticut, for public inspection.
