Notice is hereby given that the Town of Simsbury Zoning Commission approved the following applications at its special meeting held on July 25, 2022, at the Simsbury Town Offices, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut:

Application ZC #22-18 of the Simsbury Zoning Commission, George McGregor, Applicant, application for a text amendment to Section 3.5 of the Simsbury Zoning Regulations regarding accessory dwelling units.
