TOWN OF SIMSBURY

ZONING COMMISSION – REGULAR MEETING

 

The Town of Simsbury Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at a regular meeting on Monday, September 19, 2022, at the Simsbury Town Offices, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut 06070 in the Main Meeting Room at 7:00 p.m.

 

Application ZC #22-25 of Larry Atherton, Owner/Applicant, for a special exception pursuant to Section 3 of the Simsbury Zoning Regulations to construct a ± 288 sq. ft. detached accessory dwelling unit at 20 Harvest Hill Road (Assessor’s Map D10 Block 133 Lot 073). Zone R-40.

 

At this hearing, interested parties can be heard on the issues or written communications may be emailed to jhollis@simsbury-ct.gov by 12:00 p.m. on September 19, 2022. A copy of the above is on file in the Office of the Simsbury Planning Department, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury Connecticut, for public inspection.
