LEGAL NOTICE

TOWN OF SIMSBURY

ZONING COMMISSION – REGULAR MEETING

 

The Town of Simsbury Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at a regular meeting on Monday, October 3, 2022, at the Simsbury Town Offices, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut 06070 in the Main Meeting Room at 7:00 p.m.

 

A resolution to opt out of the provision of Subdivision (9) of Subsection (d) of Section 8-2 of the Connecticut General Statues, as amended by Public Act 21-29, regarding limitations on parking spaces for dwelling units.

 

At this hearing, interested parties can be heard on the issues or written communications may be emailed to jhollis@simsbury-ct.gov by 12:00 p.m. on October 3, 2022. A copy of the above is on file in the Office of the Simsbury Planning Department, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury Connecticut, for public inspection.
