TOWN OF SIMSBURY

ZONING COMMISSION – SPECIAL MEETING

 

The Town of Simsbury Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at a special meeting on Wednesday, November 2, 2022, at the Simsbury Public Library, 725 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut 06070 in the FSPL Room at 7:00 p.m. on the following applications:

Application #22-28 of Sarah Besocke, Applicant/Agent; for a special exception pursuant to Section 8.6 of the Simsbury Zoning Regulations for a beer and wine liquor permit at the property located at 776 Hopmeadow Street (Assessor’s Map G10 Block 205 Lot 005). Zone SC.

Application #22-30 of BMW Sport, LLC, Applicant, Adam Westhaver, Agent; for a special exception pursuant to Section 8.6 of the Simsbury Zoning Regulations for a beer and wine liquor permit at the property located at 1375 Hopmeadow Street (Assessor’s Map I05 Block 403 Lot 15A). Zone I-1.

Application #22-33 of the Simsbury Zoning Commission, Applicant; George McGregor, Agent; for a text amendment to Section 2.6 of the Simsbury Zoning Regulations to extend the cannabis moratorium.

At this hearing, interested parties can be heard on the issues or written communications may be emailed to jhollis@simsbury-ct.gov by 12:00 p.m. on November 2, 2022. A copy of the above is on file in the Office of the Simsbury Planning Department, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut 06070 for public inspection.
