How do I find out if a property has a well or is on public water?
Private wells fall under the jurisdiction of the Farmington Valley Health District. You can contact them at (860) 352-2333 for more information on your well.
Public water is not serviced by the Town. In most instances, Aquarion Water Company is the provider, but there are two other water companies that service Simsbury: Connecticut Water and Tariffville Water Commission. Their contact information is below:
