• Reports:
 Swap Shoppe Participation and Report
All members signed up to participate at the Swap Shoppe for the 2014 Season.

 Rebate Account
An article in Valley Press dated February 20, 2014 reported Simsbury will be receiving $23,511. Tom Roy, Director of Public Works stated "the rebate would be deposited into an account for the Recycling Committee to enable it to perform a recycling study or audit to make sure the town is keeping up with recycling."
Mary suggested we get the full $23,000 into an account specifically for the recycle committee so we don’t have to run it by the BOF every time we want to spend some. Also, discussed was splitting the cost of the Hazardous waste fees with other the towns. Hazardous waste event for town costs $18,000.

 Household Circular, review and possible approval
Mary submitted Paine's circular which was mailed with their statements to their customers. A review of the circular would be made to ensure the Recycling Committee's circular would not be redundant.
