JUVENILE REVIEW BOARD
MINUTES
March 8, 2021
A meeting of the Juvenile Review Board was convened on Monday, March 8, at 9:30A.M. via Zoom and live stream. Meeting was called to order at 9:35 by the Chair.
Present: Kristen Formanek, Chairwoman
Brian Liss, YMCA
John Thibeault, Supervisor, Culture, Parks & Recreation
Kevin Dakin, SHS Vice Principal
Pastor Chris Dion
Michael Paine, BOS Liaison
Detective Tim May, Simsbury PD
Meredith Brockbank, SHS Social Worker
Updates from the Chair
Action Items:
- Minutes from December 14, 2020 were approved as presented. Motion was made by John Thibeault, motion seconded by Brian Liss. All present and voting in favor, motion carries.
New Business: None
Old Business: None
Move to Executive Session to hear Case #287.
Moved from Executive Session to deliver results. Youth will be required to write a two page essay and will be required to complete four hours of community service.
At 10:17 A.M. a motion was made by Mike Paine to adjourn the meeting. Motion was seconded by Tim May. All present and voting in favor. Motion carries.
