JUVENILE REVIEW BOARD

MINUTES
October 16, 2023

A meeting of the Juvenile Review Board was convened on Monday, October 16^th at 9:30 A.M. Meeting was called to order at 9:46 A.M. by Kristen Formanek, Chair.

Present:

Kristen Formanek, Director of Community and Social Services 
Detective Sam Robbins, Simsbury PD
Erika Cleveland, Youth and Family Social Worker
Pastor Chris Dion    
Meredith Brockbank, SHS Social Worker

There were no public audience or comments.

New Business:

Action Items

1. Motion was made by Meredith Brockbank to approve September minutes as presented. Motion was seconded by Pastor Chris Dion. All present: Kristen, Pastor Chris, Detective Robbins, and Meredith voted in favor. Motion passes.

Meeting entered into executive session to hear Case #299.

Motion was made by Meredith Brockbank to adjourn the meeting at 10:13 A.M.  Motion was seconded by Pastor Chris Dion.  All present and voting in favor.  Motion carries.
