JUVENILE REVIEW BOARD

MINUTES
November 13, 2023

A meeting of the Juvenile Review Board was convened on Monday, November 13^th.  Meeting was called to order at 9:30 A.M. by Kristen Formanek, Chair.

Present:

Kristen Formanek, Director of Community and Social Services 
Detective Lauren Devin, Simsbury PD
Erika Cleveland, Youth and Family Social Worker      
Meredith Brockbank, SHS Social Worker
Kevin Dakin, SHS Vice Principal
John Thibeault, Recreation Supervisor
Brian Liss, YMCA Executive Director
Veena Raghuvir, Private Practice LCSW

Public Audience:

There were no public audience or comments.

New Business:

1.  Brian Liss communicated Case 298 completed his hours and can send Social Services a completed community service agreement.

Old Business:

1.  None

Action Items:

1. Motion was made by Meredith Brockbank to approve October minutes as presented. Motion was seconded by Brian Liss.  All present voted in favor, motion passes.

Meeting entered into executive session to hear Case 300.

Motion was made by Brian Liss to adjourn the meeting at 10:40 A.M.  Motion was seconded by John Thibeault.  All present and voting in favor, motion carries.
