JUVENILE REVIEW BOARD

MINUTES
February 5, 2024

 

A meeting of the Juvenile Review Board was convened on Monday, February 5th.  Meeting was called to order at 9:33 A.M. by Kristen Formanek, Chair.

Present:
Kristen Formanek, Director of Community and Social Services 
Erika Cleveland, Youth and Family Social Worker
Meredith Brockbank, SHS Social Worker
Kenneth Pera, SHS Assistant Principal
John Thibeault, Recreation Supervisor
Veena Raghuvir, Private Practice LCSW
John Thibeault, Recreation Supervisor
Curtis Looney, Juvenile Review Board Liaison

There were no public audience or comments.

Action Items:

  1.  Motion was made by Meredith Brockbank to approve November 13, 2023 minutes as presented. Motion was seconded by Veena Raghuvir.  All present voted in favor, motion passes.

Meeting entered into executive session to hear Case # 291 at 9:35 am.

Motion was made by Meredith Brockback to adjourn the meeting at 10:40 A.M.  Motion was seconded by Kenneth Pera.  All present and voting in favor, Motion carries.
