JUVENILE REVIEW BOARD

MINUTES

May 10, 2021

A meeting of the Juvenile Review Board was convened on Monday, May 10, at 9:30A.M. via Zoom and live stream.  Meeting was called to order at 9:45 by the Chair.

Present:       Kristen Formanek, Chairwoman

                   Brian Liss, YMCA

                   Kevin Dakin,  SHS Vice Principal

                   Michael Paine, BOS Liaison

                   Detective Tim May, Simsbury PD

                   Meredith Brockbank, SHS Social Worker

                   Marilyn Rotondo, Social Worker

Updates from the Chair

Action Items:

Minutes from March 8, 2021 were approved as presented.  Motion was made by Brian Liss, motion seconded by Meredith Rotundo.  All present and voting in favor, motion carries.

New Business: None

Old Business: None

Motion was made by Mike Paine to move to Executive Session to hear Case #288.  Motion seconded by Marilyn Rotundo.  All present and voting in favor, motion carries.

Motion was made by Marilyn Rotundo to move out of Executive Session.  Motion   seconded by Meredith Brockbank.  All present and voting in favor, motion carries.

At 10:54 A.M. a motion was made by Meredith Brockbank to adjourn the meeting.  Motion was seconded by Brian Liss.  All present and voting in favor.  Motion carries.
