In person and by conference call, at the town office building, Room 114, Assessor’s Office
- To see what action the board will take on a request from the assessor to increase the assessment of property located on Shingle Mill Road, Map A10 Block 419 Lot 13-2, owned by Nevin Christensen, from 520 (farm land value) to 79,910, an assessment based upon market value, subject to giving the taxpayer an opportunity to be heard before proceeding with any increase in assessment.
- To see what action the board will take on a request from the assessor to increase the assessment of property located on Shingle Mill Road, Map A10 Block 419 Lot 13-3, owned by Noris Christensen, from 1,170 (farm land value) to 100,340, an assessment based upon market value, subject to giving the taxpayer an opportunity to be heard before proceeding with any increase in assessment.

In preparation for the meeting, the main entrance to the building was unlocked at 4:48 PM.
Members in attendance: In person: Sharon Lawson; By Telephone: Stephen Nocera and Scott Sirianni. Sharon Lawson arrived at approximately 4:55 PM, Stephen Nocera called in at 4:58 PM and Scott Sirianni at 5:02 PM.
Also Present: David Gardner, assessor, who started the conference call at 4:55 PM.
Sharon Lawson moved and Stephen Nocera seconded a motion to open the meeting, passed 2-0.
David Gardner read the agenda, and explained the circumstances of his requests.
Stephen Nocera made and Scott Sirianni seconded a motion to approve items 1 and 2 of the agenda, and the motion passed unanimously.
Stephen Nocera made and Scott Sirianni seconded a motion to adjourn, which passed 3-0. The meeting adjourned at approximately 5:08 PM.
