At 7:30 p.m. on Monday, September 15, 2014, the Board of Ethics will convene a Special Meeting in Room 103, Simsbury Town Hall, 933 Hopmeadow Street, for the Following purposes:

1.) Approval of Special Meeting Minutes of January 29, 2014; and

2.) Election of new Vice-Chair;

3.) Reviewing board procedures; and

4.) Any new business or other business as may properly come before the Board.
