MEETING MINUTES
March 8, 2023

ROLL CALL

The following members were present: Kathleen Mahieu, Laura Doyle & Noel Bodenburg, Staff Liaisons Rachael Loveland & Kristen Formanek.

Not present: Lydia Tedone & Gene Ott

Due to lack of quorum, no action was taken at the meeting. 

CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order at 5:32 pm.

PUBLIC AUDIENCE/PUBLIC COMMENTS

There were three members of the public present who are interested in joining the committee.  Liaisons provided next steps in providing names to the Town Managers office so that the personnel sub-committee could reach out to public persons as they continued to express interest.  Time was given to answer questions.

NEW BUSINESS

Liaison provided an update on Social Services.

News members were given the opportunity to introduce themselves to the group.

Expectations, FOIA, the need for a committee chair were discussed generally and explained that it would be gone into in further detail when a full committee was situated. There was an opportunity to ask questions.
