SPECIAL MEETING – TUESDAY, APRIL 5, 2016 – 5:00 p.m.

36 DRAKE HILL ROAD, SIMSBURY

 

The Simsbury Conservation Commission/Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Agency has scheduled a site walk for Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at 5:00 p.m., to view Town-owned properties on the east side of Iron Horse Blvd. in relation to Application #16-02 of Town of Simsbury, Owner, to retain and maintain a culvert constructed along the trail on the property located east of the recreation fields at 28 Iron Horse Boulevard (being shown in the Assessor’s records as Hopmeadow Street, Assessor’s Map H09, Block 226, Lot 005), which was approved with conditions on February 16, 2016. The properties being visited, in order from North to South, are known as:

 

  • Hopmeadow Street (Assessor’s Map H09, Block 226, Lot 006A)
  • Hopmeadow Street (Assessor’s Map I09, Block 226, Lot 007)
  • Hopmeadow Street (Assessor’s Map H09, Block 226, Lot 005)
  • Hopmeadow Street (Assessor’s Map H09, Block 226, Lot 003)
  • Hopmeadow Street (Assessor’s Map H10, Block 226, Lot 002)
  • 36 Drake Hill Road (Assessor’s Map H11, Block 226, Lot 001-1A)

 

The Commission members will meet at the parking lot adjacent to the boat house at 36 Drake Hill Road (Assessor’s Map H11, Block 226, Lot 001-1A). It is recommended that all in attendance wear bright colors. The public is welcome to attend.
