AND WATERCOURSES AGENCY

SPECIAL MEETING – TUESDAY, AUGUST 4, 2015 – 6:00 p.m.

SIMSBURY MEADOWS, 22 IRON HORSE BOULEVARD

The Simsbury Conservation Commission/Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Agency has scheduled a site walk for Tuesday August 4, 2015 at 6:00 pm. to view Town-owned properties on the east side of Iron Horse Blvd. in relation to past approvals on these parcels. The properties being visited, in order from North to South, are known as:

  • 28 Iron Horse Blvd (Assessor’s Map H09, Block 226, Lot 003B)
  • Hopmeadow Street (Assessor’s Map H09, Block 226, Lot 005)
  • Hopmeadow Street (Assessor’s Map H09, Block 226, Lot 004)
  • Hopmeadow Street (Assessor’s Map H09, Block 226, Lot 003)
  • 22 Iron Horse Blvd (Assessor’s Map H09, Block 226, Lot 003A)
  • Hopmeadow Street (Assessor’s Map H09, Block 226, Lot 003C)
  • Hopmeadow Street (Assessor’s Map H10, Block 226, Lot 002)
  • 36 Drake Hill Road (Assessor’s Map H11, Block 226, Lot 001-1A)

The Commission members will meet at the rear of the parking lot for the Performing Arts Center, near the red maintenance building and path to the dog park. It is recommended that all in attendance wear bright colors. The public is welcome to attend.
