Notice is hereby given that the following application(s) were approved by the Simsbury Inland Wetlands Agent on May 22, 2023:  

Application CC #23-22 of Maggie Siedel, Owner, James Karoutas, Applicant, for a wetland permit to install one additional deck pier in the upland review area associated with an expansion to the existing deck totaling ± 468 sq. ft., at 2 Pia Lane (Assessor’s Map E05, Block 301, Lot 001) Simsbury, CT 06070.
