TOWN OF SIMSBURY – COMSERVATION COMMISSION/INLAND WETLAND AND WATERCOURSES AGENCY

The Town of Simsbury Conservation Commission/Inland Wetland and Watercourses Agency will hold a public hearing at a regular meeting on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at the Simsbury Town Hall, 933  Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut 06070 in the Main Meeting Room at 7:00 p.m. on the following application:

Application CC #24-04 of the Town of Simsbury Inland Wetland and Watercourses Agency, Applicant, for a text amendment to the Simsbury Inland Wetland and Watercourses Regulations pursuant to Section 7.5 regarding the use of native plantings in wetland and watercourse areas and the restriction of invasive plant species in these areas.
