REGULAR SCHEDULED MEETING – SUBJECT TO APPROVAL

  1. Referrals from the Zoning Commission
  1. Application #22-14 of AMJ524, LLC. Applicant/Owner; ARTfx, Agent; application for a sign permit pursuant to section 9.2 of the Zoning Regulations for the construction of a ± 18 square foot non-illuminated sign for the property located at 522 Hopmeadow Street (Assessor’s Map G12 Block 132 Lot 024) Zone B-2. 

 

Chairman Antonio stated the amount of commission members present did not constitute a quorum. Mr. Kessing provided an overview of the application and discussion ensued. Chairman Antonio stated the Commission had no recommended changes for the applicant and the application would not be required to come back for review at the next meeting.

Ms. Foss asked the commission to review the preliminary proposal of the new dorm construction at Ethel Walker School.
