DESIGN REVIEW BOARD

March 6, 2017

MINUTES FROM REGULAR MEETING

SUBJECT TO VOTE OF APPROVAL

I.             CALL TO ORDER

Jennifer Murnane, Chairperson, opened the Regular Meeting of the Design Review Board at 5:31 p.m. in the Main Meeting Room at the Town Offices.  Other members and alternates in attendance were Jonathan Laschever, Anca Dragulski, Paul Lanza, and Ron Perry.  Also present were Jamie Rabbitt, Director of Planning and Community Development; Michael Glidden, Assistant Town Planner; and other interested parties.

II.            APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATES

A quorum was present and no alternates were appointed.

III.           APPLICATIONS

1.            Discussion and Possible Action: No applications

IV.          GENERAL COMMISSION BUSINESS

1.            200 Hopmeadow Street architecture discussion

Michael Duggan of CA Senior Living and Chris Palkowitsch of BKV Group reviewed the architectural changes made to proposed assisted living facility.

Dave Minnow of Minnow Associates briefly reviewed the changes made to both commercial and residential structures within the rest of the development.

The Board thanked the applicant for their cooperation and co-ordination of the Board as the architectural plans for the development have been revised and developed.

V.            APPROVAL OF MINUTES of the February 6, 2017 Regular Meeting

Board Member Perry made a motion to approve the February 6, 2017, Regular Meeting Minutes, as written.

Board Member Laschever seconded the motion, and it was passed unanimously.

VI.          ADJOURNMENT

Board Member Perry made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:45 p.m.

Board Member Lanza seconded the motion, and it was passed unanimously.
