I.             Call to Order:  The meeting was called to order at 5:30pm. 

II.            Roll Call:  Members present were:  Member Paul Lanza and Member Anca Dragulski Director of Planning James Rabbitt and Assistant Town Planner Michael Glidden were also present.

The meeting was cancelled due to lack of quorum. Next Regular meeting will be on Monday April 17, 2017 5:30pm at Simsbury Town Hall in the Main Meeting Room.
