DESIGN REVIEW BOARD

MINUTES FROM SPECIAL MEETING – SUBJECT TO VOTE OF APPROVAL

MONDAY, APRIL 25, 2016

 

I.          CALL TO ORDER

 

The Special Meeting of the Design Review Board was called to order at 6:00 pm. Board members in attendance included: Jennifer Murnane, Joseph Lanza, Jonathan Laschever, Ronald Perry, and Anthony Drapelick. Also present was Jamie Rabbitt, Director of Planning and Community Development.

 

II.        ROLL CALL

 

Appointment of Alternates

 

A quorum was present and no alternates were appointed.

 

III.       WORKSHOP

 

A review of and discussion on general architectural styles was held, led by Jamie Rabbit, Director of Planning and Community Development.

 

IV.       ADJOURNMENT

 

Board Member Murnane made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:50 pm.

 

Board Member Laschever seconded the motion, and it passed unanimously.
