HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION - REGULAR MEETING

The Historic District Commission of the Town of Simsbury will hold a Public Hearing at a Regular Meeting on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Weatogue Room at the Simsbury Public Library on the following application:

Application #24-01 of Tammey Moore, Owner for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install a new roof on the property located at 96 East Weatogue Street (Assessor’s Map H12, Block 109, Lot 030), Zone R-15.
