Simsbury Tax Bill Reminder

Simsbury Tax bills were mailed out today June 29, 2023

Bills mailed out were for Real Estate, Personal Property, Motor Vehicles and Sewer Use

All bills will be on-line to view or pay Saturday July 1, 2023

You have the whole month of July to pay the taxes without penalty

Taxes are due July 1, 2023 with the last day to pay as August 1, 2023 (Postmarks of August 1, 2023 will be accepted)

By state law, failure to receive a tax bill does not exempt you from paying taxes. You can print a bill from the online system.   www.simsbury-ct.gov/tax

Paying your taxes this July 2023

• If you don’t want to come in and wait in line, there is a secured drop box at the entrance of Town Hall.  This will be checked and emptied throughout the day.  Please make sure your check is in an envelope marked Tax Office.
•  Payments can be mailed to the town’s lockbox address -Town of Simsbury PO Box 4156 Woburn Ma 01888-4156. (A blue envelope was included with the bill) This is Liberty Banks payment processing center for the Town of Simsbury which we have had for over 12 years.
• You can mail your payment to Town of Simsbury- Tax Office 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury CT 06070
• Pay online it’s free with an electronic check at www.simsbury-ct.gov/tax  All debit/credit cards have a 2.99% convenience fee on the total payment. This is not a Town fee this is from the credit card vendor.
• So, don’t wait in line pay online or pay by mail
