The Simsbury Housing Authority Board of Commissioners is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Christine Winters as Executive Director.  Ms. Winters has been with the Simsbury Housing Authority for 13 years and has been the Interim Executive Director since March 2022.  Ms. Winters’ experience, dedication and compassion for those we serve is undeniable and we are confident in her ability to lead this agency.

Ms. Lori Lubetkin was appointed as Housing Administrator.  Ms. Lubetkin joins the Housing Authority with many years of experience in management and administrative support as well as Human Resources administration.
